Well, where do I start. @ratracehq sea to summit uk trilogy, it was a blast. Very tough for some parts but at the same time very rewarding. The routes were always taking us through some amazing views, made all the leg aching worth it. These races really pushed me mentally and physically. Having the damaged leg and still pushing myself to complete all three runs has made me super proud of myself. But there’s no ‘I’ in team and I couldn’t have got through without the support of @runswithcharlie, @kyleallen_91 and @sco1by couldn’t have done it without you guys. But we did it, whilst raising money for a very good cause @alzheimerssoc. Thanks to @enduosports for supplying me with the fuel to get through and the advice in which they’ve always given me before any of my runs to help maximise my energy. @pt_bykwasi for putting me through my paces and getting me as race ready as possible with a broken body.
