“They say when you meet the love of your life, time stops. It took me half a lifetime to reach this moment, but now that you’re here, I’m never letting go. You’re my favorite chapter in this story called life. ❤️” A day in Wales - September 2025 by @richardhold91
Happy Birthday! 🥳 to the man who is my pillar, my saviour when I feel lost, and my strength when the world feels heavy. You are not just a part of my life. You are the reason it shines, the reason my heart believes, and the reason every tomorrow feels worth waiting for. On your special day, I wish you a long, beautiful life filled with peace, joy, and endless love. And more than anything, I pray that I get to walk beside you through all those years, to see you grow, to share your dreams, to hold your hand through every season, and to love you deeper with every breath I take. Feliz cumpleaños, my forever! ♥️ by @richardhold91
Well, where do I start. @ratracehq sea to summit uk trilogy, it was a blast. Very tough for some parts but at the same time very rewarding. The routes were always taking us through some amazing views, made all the leg aching worth it. These races really pushed me mentally and physically. Having the damaged leg and still pushing myself to complete all three runs has made me super proud of myself. But there’s no ‘I’ in team and I couldn’t have got through without the support of @runswithcharlie, @kyleallen_91 and @sco1by couldn’t have done it without you guys. But we did it, whilst raising money for a very good cause @alzheimerssoc. Thanks to @enduosports for supplying me with the fuel to get through and the advice in which they’ve always given me before any of my runs to help maximise my energy. @pt_bykwasi for putting me through my paces and getting me as race ready as possible with a broken body. Last Saturday we completed the @ratracehq sea to summit in wales. Very proud of all the boys for the finishing. @kyleallen_91 @sco1by @runswithcharlie @newstartphysiotherapy Was a very tough race for me, this hamstring injury isn’t going anywhere for a while. We didn’t make it to top of snowdon due to terrible weather at the summit. But the route was amazing and the scenery made all the struggles worth it. Thanks as always @enduosports for suppling me with the energy packs to get through. thanks to @pt_bykwasi for putting me through my paces and get as run ready as possible. 2 down 1 to go, and this is all for a great cause @alzheimerssoc. Ben Nevis we’re coming for you 💪 by @richardhold91
Just a few days to go until we run the next hill in our trilogy. Scaffel pike was tough, now we move onto Snowdon. Which I’m sure will have its own challenges. All this is for a massively good cause @alzheimerssoc I will be fuelled yet again by @enduosports and can’t wait to take on another @ratracehq event. We’ve got this lads 💪 the song playing is also raising money for Alzheimers society too @alexisstrum. If you would like to donate, the link is in my bio by @richardhold91
One of the hardest things I’ve done. Wouldn’t have got through it with the support along the way from these two. No injury will stop me from finishing and I was determined to not let it. These one really pushed me physically and mentally. I hit the wall early on, but the boys got me over it. One down 2 more to go. Snowdon your next. Another good race put on by @ratracehq and thanks for fuelling me @enduosports. Also massive thanks to @sco1by & @pt_bykwasi for getting me as ready as could be for this challenge #ultra #scafellpike #scafellpikesummit #fundayout #ultramarathoner #55km✔️ #seatosummit2025 by @richardhold91
