What does it mean to miss a place, a person, or a moment in time? This Tuesday, we explore that question through the music of Brazil at the Four Seasons Centre, as part of the @canadianopera Showcase Series. 🎶
Our program features a special selection of Brazilian art songs exploring the many shades of saudade — a beautiful, untranslatable Portuguese word describing a deep longing for someone, somewhere, or something.
With nostalgia and joy, the music of Villa-Lobos, Santoro, Braga, and Mahle opens a window into the heart of Brazil 🇧🇷💛
📍 Four Seasons Centre 🗓️ Tuesday, 12 PM 🎟️ Free admission
