I have waited so long to say these words…
I am a Lawyer.
But this isn’t just an achievement it is atestimony.
Because nothing about this journey was easy. Law school tested everything in me.
There were nights I wept silently, afraid to speak my fears out loud. There were times I watched others succeed and thought, “Why not me?”
There were moments I truly believed I had failed before the battle was even over It was never by my strength.
It was God every single step of the way.
When I was too weak to stand, He carried me.
When I wanted to quit, He reminded me who was.
When I thought the door had closed, He opened a better one. this is for the version of me that almost didn’t make it.
This is for every tear, every breakdown, every silent prayer.This is for every time I thought I wouldn’t see this day…And THIS IS FOR MY MUM AND DAD! God did and Today I rise as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
