you really can’t go wrong with a batch of Biscoff Cookie Butter Cookies fresh out of the oven! 🍪🍪

we upgraded our Cookie Butter Cookies a few months back, but they never made their debut at the Markets since we unexpectedly had to temporarily suspend baking 😭 but we wanted to share these delights with y’all!

So what changed? We add crushed lotus cookies directly in the dough now, along with chopped chunks of white chocolate - these additions add a wonderful texture throughout the cookie and enhance the biscoff flavor! Don’t worry though, we still use our signature browned butter base and stuff it full of creamy, biscoff cookie butter! 🤩

our head baker has been back in the kitchen, sparingly, to do a little testing and small batches for friends and family! This batch was made special for the incredible staff at Britton Road Vet after saving Piggy during an emergency surgery 😭🙌🏻

We hope to be able to bake for y’all again so soon!Our next follow up in Oct 6th and we will have more information on next steps for our spine. we miss everyone and we miss the kitchen 🍪🍪
