There’s nothing I love more than a meal the size of my head😍
So here’s episode 1 of Fat Loss Friendly Meals, the size of my head👩🍳
✨Chicken & veg pasta✨
Ingredients (for 1 portion):
75g uncooked pasta
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 courgette
125g mushrooms
50g Tenderstem broccoli
100g chicken breast
1tbsp tomato purée
1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 chicken stock cube (+150ml hot water)
2tsp sugar
Seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, mixed herbs (if you want to measure instead of going off vibes, do 1tsp each)
