A highlight of Sicily would have to be the cooking class. A former art gallery curator, Angela taught us how to make ricotta and pistachio ravioli and pear and parmesan bruschetta. She talked about cooking as a form of expression, culture, history, politics, philosophy and love. Molto bene 👌🏻🍝🍷
