Painting Progress: Art for Social Impact

A recap of our first Canvas Nights, hosted at Trampoline: we explored mark-making, creating gradients and dry brush techniques.

The evening was a guided step-by-step by @arabellayapp to recreate one of her popular pieces. She encouraged personal expression, which led to a variety of artwork ranging from mystical trees by the lake to landscapes of African nights. The evening was not only about painting but also about building community.

A huge thank you to @trampoline.uk where Canvas Night was held. Trampoline is a restaurant that not only serves delicious food, but also employs and trains refugees.

Every ticket purchased helps us to continue supporting the local community and to keep ensuring art remains a tool for empowerment and social impact.
