The stirring organic wines of @domainepaterianakis in the wind-blown Peza region of central Crete — this multi-generational winery was the first winery on Crete to become organic, and specializes in the indigenous grapes of Crete, like Vidiano, Kotsifali, and Mandilari. In particularly awesome was the ageworthy Domaine Paterianakis Kotsifali-Mandilari red, and the 3.14 rosé.
