Jumeirah Spirit week is a special time to celebrate colleagues and the passion, pride, professionalism and the perfection they bring to everything they do. Today, together with my brilliant colleagues from the executive team, we swapped roles and experienced our colleagues jobs firsthand - a fantastic moment of exchange, learning and fun. Truly energising and inspiring!! #spiritofjumeirah #jumeirah #jumeirahcarltontower
