We placed and order through the ad that was ran on social media through a Halloween special. No response . No communication, NOTHING

I wouldn’t purchase a dog pacer from anybody here and we still have not received our order , no communication, no follow up, no return phone calls, no returned emails, their company says they’re permanently closed. Their voicemail says that they are the home of the dog pacer.- WAG BRANDS. They just came out with a new 4.0 and we ordered it and no response. Spent over $700 . I’m not the only one. I would look deep into this all over social media before anybody places in order and these people have not responded to any of my messages so far. The fact that I have to resort to social media is quite pathetic.
