"Stillife with the sunflowers" 80x130cm. Oil, canvas. 2025
A llots of people thinking that i working in portrait and figurative genre. But stillife, especially dutch stillife was my "guilty pleasure" even before entering to Repin Academy of Art. And now I pretty seldom, but returning to it. This stillife with the sunflowers began as study, where i explained to my students steps of painting. But finally its became creative work.

The beginning of their story 💗 Drama: Hurmat. On: Hum Tv. Dt. @dananeerr @shahveerjay 🏷️: #reelsinsta #reels #viral #viralreels #hurmat Hurmat is a new HUM TV drama that brings a powerful story of dreams, restrictions, family expectations, and the courage to question the boundaries placed around a young woman’s life. Starring Dananeer Mobeen in the titular role alongside Shahveer Jafry, the drama explores the difficult space between what society expects from a girl and what she dreams for herself. At the heart of Hurmat is the journey of a young girl whose ambitions are constantly challenged by the restrictions imposed on her at home. Her desire for education, freedom, and the chance to make her own choices becomes the beginning of a much bigger struggle one that asks how far a person can go when their dreams are repeatedly told to stay within limits. The drama brings together a strong ensemble cast including Ali Tahir, Javed Sheikh, Anoushay Abbasi, Farah Hussain, Mohja Kashif, Rameen Basharat, Mohammad Ahmed, Sana Humayun and others. Written by Kashif Anwar and directed by Nadeem Siddique, Hurmat is produced by Momina Duraid Productions. More than a love story, Hurmat looks at freedom, identity, women’s education, family control, social expectations, and the struggle to follow one’s dreams. It reflects a reality where girls can be asked to sacrifice their ambitions simply because of the boundaries created around them, while quietly questioning whether protection should ever come at the cost of freedom. With its emotional premise and socially relevant themes, Hurmat sets out to tell a story about finding your voice, challenging limitations, and choosing to dream beyond the walls built around you. Hurmat — a story of dreams, boundaries, and the courage to break free.

Ad | DRINK HRW Everyone has a method. Mine has been shaped by more than 30 years of training, learning and making adjustments. Before I take advice, I like to understand the reasoning behind it and see how it’s worked in practice. Results matter, but so does knowing how they were achieved. This is what’s worked for me. Take something from it, give it a try and see how your body responds. Training legs is about more than moving weight. It’s about control, execution and giving your body the chance to recover. You can’t keep demanding more while giving it less rest. Train hard. Eat well. Sleep properly. That’s the foundation. I’ve also used hydrogen water from DRINK HRW for eight years, and it’s become a consistent part of my routine. Small human studies suggest hydrogen-rich water may support muscular endurance and reduce blood lactate during certain workouts. Researchers are also exploring its effects on oxidative stress—one part of how our cells respond to demanding exercise. For me, it’s an addition to the basics that have kept me training consistently for decades. Make every rep count—and give your recovery the same attention you give your workout. 💪🏾 Want to try what I use? Tap the link in my bio to check out DRINK HRW. 💧
Legit made me crash out a bit. Also they had the Niecean and Apostles creed that affirms the catholic church in their bibles I don't know what to say. Beautiful church tho and nice energy.
