Hey everyone!
Right now, I’m facing some financial challenges, as I’ve been having a tough time finding work. But on the bright side, this has given me the chance to focus on something I truly love — photography!
I’m currently offering affordable photography services as I continue to grow and develop my skills. My rates are beginner-friendly, but as my work improves, prices may increase — so now’s a great time to book!
If anything in these slides catches your eye, please don’t hesitate to reach out. And if you’re able to share this with friends or family, it would mean the world to me and really help support my journey.
Much love and appreciation to all of you

So proud of you for doing something you love!! Good luck with your business!! 📸 You will do great!

We’re ALL guilty of reaching for our phones the second we open our eyes! 📱

One of the biggest changes I’ve made to my morning routine is not allowing my phone to have access to me before I have access to myself.

I don’t even keep my phone in the same room when I sleep. 🤍 that’s a whole other topic !

Those first moments of my morning belong to ME. No notifications, no emails, no scrolling, and no outside noise.

Just me, my meditation, my gratitude, and a little time to connect with myself before the world starts asking for my attention.

As a Reiki Master, one thing I’ve learned over the years is how important it is to protect your energy. And that starts the moment you wake up.

How you begin your morning sets the tone for how you move through your day. Choose peace before pressure. Presence before distractions. Yourself before the outside world. ✨

🌸 Today’s mantra, say it with me:
I protect my peace, honor my energy, and give myself permission to begin each day on my own terms.

Morning wellness routine, mindful mornings, wellness tips for women over 50, Reiki Master, protecting your energy, morning meditation, digital detox, self-care habits, holistic wellness, healthy morning rituals

Two reasons you stopped scrollin 🍒🍒 And one link in my bio you might wanna check out 💋
