Long Meadow Ranch & Farmstead

This past weekend, we were deeply honored to cook at the Southern Smoke Festival in Houston, Texas. @southernsmokefoundation — founded by @cshepherd13 and @htownlindseybrown — supports the hospitality industry by offering emergency relief and mental health support to food and beverage workers all over the country.

This year, the festival raised $1.7 million for this vital cause. The energy, generosity, and spirit in Houston were nothing short of electric.

“We felt incredibly fortunate to participate in something so impactful for our industry. Standing among such passionate, talented people from coast to coast, we were reminded that food isn’t just sustenance — it’s connection. To cook side-by-side with peers who understand the pressures, know the long hours, share the dreams, and understand how important the work Chris, Lindsey, and their team do — it meant everything.” – @farmsteadchef + @kippramsey

We're looking forward to hosting the third annual Farmstead x SSF in July!
