I can’t believe this. In just a week I’ll be stepping back onto the soil of India. A land that bows to the Goddesses and where the air smells like spice.

@koprdik and I are going to move some wild and life changing plot into reality. Because teaching teachers is the best.

I love to share this practice so so damn much. We work on our inner world as much as (or more than?) our outer one. We stretch, lift, journal, chant, laugh, and meditate. I just love to teach and preach how the power is in the routines no one sees. What we nurture in private eventually shines in public you know.

No time for petty drama, gossiping, unhelpful opinions, and bitterness. We go right for the juicy part.
