✨UPDATE!! Reschedule date is now Sunday December 7th 10:30am!
This class will be a gentle yin yoga. In all the postures, you should be able to comfortably read your book! This is not a restorative class. You will feel it, but it’s not difficult, just stretchy. If you’re a reader and need some stretching… let me tell you, this is LOVELY!
As I am not a yoga studio anymore, bear with me! We’ll be set up in the salon and I don’t have any props, so you’ll need to bring a yoga mat, your book and anything else to keep you comfy and cozy! I have a few blankets and plenty to offer to drink… also @twodogscoffeeshop is right next door!
I’ve decided not to give this a price tag cuz it doesn’t feel right. So it’s donation based, pay what you can, if you can!
Please message me with any questions at all and to reserve your spot. (Sign up link possibly to come-not sure how donation based works with online class scheduling)
