A few weeks ago, we gathered for an afternoon of mindful rituals and creative conversation with @jayaniila, founder of @sifaliskin, and rising UK artist @ellamore__. From learning the art of gua sha to exploring the intersection of self-care and creativity, it was the kind of slow Sunday that reset my nervous system. We ended the day across the road at @fortroadhotel with an intimate performance from Ella that was the perfect closer to a truly special afternoon.
