Not to get emotional on the internet, but this photo from the @step.your.world dinner last week means so much to me.

For the past few years, I’ve been entangled with a chronic skin condition. It’s been horrific. There were months spent in the confines of my bed, rushes to A&E, discomfort on end, and the persistent mental clashes that gnawed at my spirit. There was a long period when I would look into the mirror and not know the reflection looking back at me.

So, seeing this photo and recognizing my face is incredibly healing. I’ve still got a little way to go, but finding myself again in this photo and reclaiming a sense of self feels profoundly restorative. taken in Studio Voltaire by @sheilalam

Sometimes a place shifts something fundamental. For writer @sheilalam, that place was Margate. From weekly rituals at @madremargate where strangers become neighbours, to the carefully crafted drinks at @doubloonsmargate, this coastal town redefines authentic community.

sweet angels @foeanddear trusted me with their latest collection of precious designs. i experiment with different stacks and some luscious fabrics to create these images as part of my scanner series 🖨️

the weight of this magnitude ring feels incredible on. 2.33ct white diamond with baguette diamonds on the side (all ethically sourced and lab grown) set in reclaimed and fair trade solid 14k gold.

manipulated my favourite issey miyake dress to resemble a conch shell and match the rippling texture of the top shore band.

"The left ring finger isn’t just tradition—it’s anatomy, symbolism, and centuries of storytelling converging on one slender digit," says Dr. Elena Rossi, curator at the Museum of Jewelry History in New York.

the magnitude ring cupped by two curved bands: the cove of baguette diamonds and the daphne of pave diamonds, floating in a sea of black chiffon.

the last two images are the most traditionally bridal, using actual bridal dress offcut fabric i found at fabcycle in chinatown. i love how the appliqués in the material created a little cloud effect.

last but certainly not least, the whisper ring in the middle is so timeless to me. i adore an emerald-cut and set in a signet style, it looks effortless on. by @sheilalam

visited the @pyrrhajewelry showroom a few weeks back and couldn’t stop thinking about a few (many) of their pieces. so i asked if i could have a little fun and they let me. loved making these collages with the collection.

hard to say which piece is my fav but i do love this 14K gold moon phases necklace in the first collage. paired with polished bronze constantin brancusi sculpture.
