Jackie Keane | Herbalist

A soothing herbal sitz bath blend created for a client in her final weeks of pregnancy 🌿

At this stage, the body carries so much, extra weight, pressure, and the tenderness that can come with hemorrhoids.

This gentle combination brings calm and comfort while helping to tone and soothe swollen tissues, ease discomfort, and support circulation naturally.

Later, this becomes part of her postpartum care, a warm or cool soak that eases swelling, supports tissue repair, and creates a moment of stillness in the early days of recovery 🌸
