Lifelong Vitality for Age 40 and Beyond!

I didn't know I made faces when I drum until I started recording myself. Something I have battled is feeling really stiff and constricted when I play so I'm working on letting go and really allowing myself to feel the rhythm and let it do what it does. I say summon the will at the beginning of this and there is some truth to willpower of course, but equally and maybe even more so, life is about letting go, forgiving, being open and receptive to something far greater than our minds could ever conceive. Something that is available to everyone no matter where they are. Something that we can experience fully when we are the most weak. I love guiding people through long planks and wall sits.
