Grateful to have spent the afternoon with my colleague @laurenmhawker touring the United Nations art collection that reflects peace and unity. Highlights included Picasso’s Guernica tapestry, woven under his guidance after Nelson Rockerfeller’s 1955 commission.
Carl Fredrik Reutersward’s Non-Violence bronze sculpture, created after the death of John Lennon. And Norman Rockwell’s Golden Rule mosaic inscribed with “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
