It’s Cheryl from Alopecia World. I’ve been thinking a lot about this community — how long it’s been here, the stories shared over the years, and the connections that still matter even when things get quieter on the surface.

What’s one thing you wish the alopecia community talked about more openly?

There’s no pressure to go deep if you’re not in that headspace. Some people may write a sentence, others a paragraph — either is fine. It’s simply a space to reconnect, reflect, and be real with people who understand.
