Finally got to revisit this angsty phrase I made over a year ago while teaching for @styxthecompany yesterday. Sometimes it's fun to just throw my body around without a concern for how crazy or messy it looks. It feels good being able to not to take myself so seriously all the time. Yesterday was one of those days.
