Mustard plaster (poultice) 💛 for congestion and sore muscles. . Equal parts ground mustard and flour- Enough water for a pancake batter consistency- fold into a cloth. -IMPORTANT TO USE: You need a barrier between your skin and the cloth, (tallow, olive oil, coconut oil) lather your chest, back or muscle well before laying cloth over - now you need heat (a blanket works) but a heating pad, salt sock or rice sock works better. do not leave in one spot for longer than 20min as this will cause deep blood flow and can cause blisters. If using on children- reduce amount on cloth and check every 5 minutes (remove once skin starts to flush) Redness is normal! Means it’s working 😉 Be well!❤️ . . #homestead #natural #naturalmedicine #helpfultips #coldandflu

The power of manifestation!! Guys, can you even!? I’m GAGGGEDDDD! The second I saw a close up of this Dries Van Noten skirt on the runway, I added it to my unicorn list. Did I actually think I’d ever find it 1) secondhand, 2) in my size, AND 3) at a price I could afford? NEEEEEVA!!So imagine me doing my daily @therealreal check when this pops up?! I don’t even wanna tell you how fast I started throwing shit on the floor so I could lock in!Because someone put it in their cart one second before me, and I was sitting there sweating, praying they’d pass so I could claim her….and they did!! Praise him!!😂🙏 Sure, it’s just a skirt. But I love clothes that double as works of art, and this masterpiece really deserves to be framed…by my big booty Judy😉 #DriesVanNoten #SecondhandFashion #WearableArt #TheRealReal #MaximalistFashion
