LOYALTY has developed a small administrative problem.

The famous relationship question finally gets a sequel, and somehow everybody involved has a reasonable explanation. You were gone. A worm arrived. Your partner remembered the promise.
⠀
Now you are standing in the doorway trying to explain that the hypothetical was not a household emergency protocol. Meanwhile, the worm has had weeks to establish a routine. It has a side of the bed. It may have met the family.
⠀
The worst part is you cannot even say they failed the test. They passed it with such commitment that you now need to ask a worm to pack.

Morning sunlight with core work ☀️
And as usual, my @1stphorm Phormula-1 shake follows.

I’ve been using this protein for years, and one of the reasons it’s remained a staple in my routine is how convenient it is. Especially on mornings when I want something quick, light, and easy to get down before moving on with my day.

For those wanting to try the core session, here’s the full workout:
1. Reverse Crunch 3 × 10-12
2. Lateral Mountain Climbers 3 × 10/side
3. Boat Crunches 3 × 12–15
4. Bear Plank Twist 3 × 10/side
5. 360 clock crunch 3 x circles/side

Remember, core training is about more than just completing repetitions. Pay attention to how you’re controlling each movement and challenge yourself to maintain that control throughout the set.

Save this workout for later!
And if you’re looking for a convenient way to increase your daily protein intake, comment “PROISO26” and I’ll send you the details.

I don't have to be perfect to fee comfortable in my own skin
I don't want to pretend to be someone I'm not. No masks, embracing both my flaws and my strengths. Some days I feel confident, and other days I doubt myself. I have scars you can't see and stories I don't share with everyone. But every single one of them is part of me. I'm slowly learning to accept the things I cannot change. I don't always have to be strong, and I don't have to please evervone. It's enough to simply be myself. Honest, real, and without a mask.
