🇺🇸 I’M 52… AND MY HUSBAND FINALLY ASKED ME TO MARRY HIM. 💍❤️ Sometimes life surprises you when you least expect it. At 52, I’m learning that love, hope, and new beginnings don’t always follow the timeline we imagined. ✨ And lately, I’ve been thinking about the things that matter most to me: 💍 LOVE — choosing each other, again and again. 🌸 HOPE — staying open to life’s possibilities. 🥑 NOURISHMENT — taking care of my body. 💧 HYDRATION — remembering the little things. 👣 MOVEMENT — staying active in everyday life. 🌙 REST — giving myself time to recharge. 🧬 WELLNESS — being thoughtful about what I include in my routine, including NMN. NMN is a precursor to NAD+, which is involved in cellular processes. Its benefits for healthy aging in humans are still being researched, and it has not been proven to improve fertility. And when it comes to motherhood at 52, every woman’s situation is different. I believe in hope, but also in getting honest medical advice. 🤍 Because sometimes a new chapter begins at an age when you thought you already knew your story. 💕 💌 Want my complete wellness checklist? Comment “LIST” below ⬇️ Make sure you’re FOLLOWING me first so I can send it to you. 🧬 The NMN product I personally use is linked in my BIO. 👆
