The problem is most American workers don’t know their rights or how to enforce them. That’s why I wrote the ultimate guide to your rights at work! Just say BOOK to order yours today. I’m a workers rights lawyer based in California. If you’d like a free case evaluation, just say RYAN WINS. This is educational content for discussion and information only. It is not legal advice for any specific situation. General tips are presented as my opinion. Nothing in this post replaces the professional advice of an attorney in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this post is a promise of any specific outcome. Client details have been omitted to preserve confidentiality and emphasize educational value. Attorney Ryan Stygar is one of the most well known workers rights lawyers in America, the founder of SUEMYBOSS.LAW, and Author of Get It In Writing: The Ultimate Guide to Your Rights at Work. ATTORNEY ADVERTISING: The Choice of a lawyer is an important decision which should not be made on ads alone.
NjĂ« tjetĂ«r denoncim shqetĂ«sues pĂ«r sjelljen e PolicisĂ« sĂ« Shtetit ka mbĂ«rritur nĂ« redaksinĂ« e JOQ Albania. NjĂ« i ri shprehetse tĂ« dielĂ«n, rreth orĂ«s 20:45, ai dhe dy persona tĂ« tjerĂ« janĂ« shoqĂ«ruar me dhunĂ« nga policia nĂ« zonĂ«n e kryqĂ«zimit pranĂ« Tajvanit, nĂ« TiranĂ«, ndonĂ«se, sipas tij, nuk kishin asnjĂ« lidhje me protestĂ«n. I riu thotĂ« se shoqĂ«rimi ka qenĂ« i padrejtĂ« dhe se, pas ndĂ«rhyrjes sĂ« efektivĂ«ve, situata Ă«shtĂ« pĂ«rshkallĂ«zuar nĂ« dhunĂ« fizike. Ai pretendon se Ă«shtĂ« rrahur barbarisht dhe se ka pĂ«rfunduar nĂ« spital pĂ«r shkak tĂ« dĂ«mtimeve tĂ« marra. NĂ« mbĂ«shtetje tĂ« denoncimit tĂ« tij, ai i ka dĂ«rguar redaksisĂ« njĂ« video tĂ« shkurtĂ«r, ku ka arritur tĂ« regjistrojĂ« momentin kur efektivĂ«t i afrohen. NĂ« pamje dĂ«gjohet njĂ«ri prej tyre t'i drejtohet me tone tĂ« ashpra: “Mbylle telefonin!” MenjĂ«herĂ« pas kĂ«saj, regjistrimi ndĂ«rpritet. Sipas tĂ« riut, ai po transmetonte drejtpĂ«rdrejt nĂ« TikTok dhe e ndĂ«rpreu transmetimin pasi efektivĂ«t nisĂ«n t'i bĂ«nin presion. A mjafton tĂ« ndodhesh nĂ« njĂ« zonĂ« ku ka tensione qĂ« tĂ« pĂ«rfundosh i ndaluar, pa pasur lidhje me ngjarjet? JOQ Albania Ă«shtĂ« e hapur pĂ«r reagimin e PolicisĂ« sĂ« Shtetit lidhur me kĂ«tĂ« rast dhe rrethanat e shoqĂ«rimit tĂ« tre personave.
