We are excited to begin a new calendar year of Ecatatic Dance Balitmore with our resident Dj, James Patrick aka James Nasty and Danielle Branche-Brown leading us in a juicy embodied movement warm-up.

Danielle Branche-Brown, LCMFT (she/her) is a therapist, embodiment coach, and founder of the Self-Care Academy. She is the creator of Sensual Zen, a movement practice that blends yoga, somatics, and intuitive dance to support nervous system regulation, self-trust, and authentic expression. Danielle believes movement is medicine and approaches facilitation as a giving of gifts—offering guidance and invitations through movement—while honoring that your body is your truest instructor. Her warm-ups emphasize safety, curiosity, and self-permission, creating space for dancers to arrive fully and move from truth rather than expectation.
