❓Do you live from performance—or from being?

I still sway between the two. But over the past several months, I’ve spent more and more time in the flow of simply being. I no longer want to live from stress, fear, or the constant pressure to be successful, meet expectations, or take care of everyone else before myself.
I choose to focus on me.

🙄Some may call that selfish. I call it exploration. I call it necessity. I call it remembering who I am. When I operate from a state of being, I release my attachment to the outcome. I stop performing the experience and allow myself to become the experience.

🎵The sound is me.
And I am the sound.🎶

My friend the grasshopper came to give me a this message the other day. As it clung to my back screen door, staring into my home for 2 days, not moving.

I needed to receive this message and I did. The wisdom it shared was profound.
