WHAT’S FOR LUNCH SERIES
Over the years I took a lot of pictures of my “work” lunches. I figured either the new year year coming you all might want some inspiration so I am going to start posting them. No crazy recipes, no fancy videos, just lunch .

What’s for Lunch?
Work lunches were not always home made. I used to get an extra one of these when I was in Brooklyn and and bring it for lunch .
This is one of the best sandwiches that I’ve probably ever eaten as a vegan or not even as vegan. It’s just layers and layers of flavor but sadly it’s from a restaurant that is closing. I’ve tagged them in the pictures. I wish I can go one more time, but I don’t think that’s possible swipe to see the ingredients because I hop to be able to re-create this one at home somehow.
Thank you for your amazing food , I hope you will be back one day. All these vegan restaurants closings makes me very sad

Guavera’s torta milanese is maybe the best sandwiches ever made - setting aside that it’s vegan. I hope they publish the recipe before they close. I must have eaten 100 at the Clinton Hill location.
