2025 What a year you’ve been.
As I sit here reflecting, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the moments that pushed me, the communities that had my back, and the work that lit me up from the inside out.
From stages across the globe to intimate circles of trust, from launching The Black in Events Network to co-creating spaces where women in our industry can finally breathe and be seen, each achievement feels like a thread in something much bigger than myself.
I travelled differently this year. Opened up differently. Showed up for my people differently. And watched as the universe reflected that energy back tenfold.
Two awards, countless connections, and more growth than I could have imagined. 2025 taught me that when you create space for others to thrive, you thrive too.
Now, as I look towards 2026... I can already feel the energy shifting. Something tells me we’re only just getting started.
