First bodybuilding show ✅… yes I chose this one because I saw it’s Dragon Ball themed 🐉 NPC Men’s Physique 🥇 True Novice 🥈 Open 🥉 Novice No prep coach (definitely hiring one for future shows!) Huge thanks to my posing coach @cbposing go check him out for posing 👌🏼 You learn a lot about yourself when you try something new, and that was a big reason I wanted to do this in the first place. Growing up as the “skinny kid” with burn scars across my legs, hip, and arm, I would’ve called you crazy if you told me this is where I’d be just a few years ago. Hopefully, my journey encourages someone else to take a chance on themselves and try something they never thought they could do. I’m proud of what I brought to this show and excited to see how much I can improve next time around. 😏 I’m grateful for everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my wife @_hannahrusk ❤️ Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you @southernmuscleshowdown , @danrayphoto , @liquidsunrayz , the vendors, and the show staff for making it an awesome experience. 💪🏼 And I got to meet @mikethebadass so that’s cool 😎 #npcphysique #mensphysique #bodybuilding #burnsurvivor #npcmensphysique

🚨 “𝐈𝐅 𝐈 𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐔𝐒, 𝐈 𝐖𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐃!” ⚪️💣 “Vinicius is a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐲, and it’s easy to have a good relationship with him. I spend a few minutes alone with him every single day.” 🇧🇷✨ If I were Vini, I probably wouldn’t still be here. I would have 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 to a country where I’d be 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃.” ✊🏿‼️ “But out of 𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 to Real Madrid and 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 for the club, he stayed.” 🤍🔒 “He believes things can get better, and he keeps that smile. There is nothing and no one that could ever take it away from him”, José Mourinho said.
