Body transformation 2025
Was getting my ass kicked. It was like that scene where Neo goes “trinity help”
Overwhelmed, grieving, people pleasing, not having fun, out of sync and out of alignment , my body told the story. Hit the reset button! Then it was like that part in the matrix where Neo’s trying to get back and says “mr wizard to get me hell out of here” And bOOm ! Now we are “beginning to believe” again.
P.s you know shame , embarrassment all that stuff will stop us from actually living the life we want? Play your game it’s YOUR game
