American surfer Chas Smith catches a ride from some Yemen Rebels (2002) 🇾🇪

In 2002, a small group of American surfers including Chas Smith traveled to Yemen in search of largely uncharted waves along its mainland coast.

Far from typical surf by trips, they faced isolation, security risks, and constant uncertainty, relying heavily on local connections to navigate unfamiliar territory.

Their daring journey remains a legendary, surreal fusion of ocean exploration and intense journalism territory.

🥰 Windows for @helloitspansy 🩷

When I started brainstorming for Pansy, I didn’t know that pansies, the flower, attract a whole crowd. From caterpillars, slugs, deer, to squirrels, they all come for a taste. Turns out pansies are quite the hotspot 🦌🐛🐿️🐝

That felt like the perfect reflection of Pansy the store: it just pulls people in!! Every gatherings feels warm and welcoming~

I wanted to portray all kinds of creatures finally finding their way back to Pansy, making it their usual spot again :)

Thank you Lina for having me. Thank you Loes for the gorgeous photos!!

Literally since I started my fitness journey about 20 years ago it feels like fitting in a workout means the rest of the day feels like a race to get everything else done.

I thought I would slow down when I started traveling, but NO, I just don't think it's in my nature to not pack as much as possible into one day.

People look at fitness coaches and think, well of course you're in shape, you have all day to workout. The reality is we are still running businesses and life.

So, if you feel like squeezing in that workout is tough, you are not alone.

Have a great week and get some workouts on your calendar. Let me know if you need some help!
