Bruschetta recipe:
1/2 onion
5-8 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh or dried basil

Combine and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
