Day 8 of the 12 Days of Christmas Coaching Share 🎄
Sharing practical ideas coaches can adapt and use.
This session comes from Ruben Ward-Lindsay, U10 Academy Coach at Watford FC, previously with Cambridge United and MK Dons. His work across academy football, alternate provision, and non-league really shows in how flexible and thoughtful his practices are.
Clear intentions for defenders, midfielders, and forwards, plus a great insight on using touch limits as a time constraint to increase realism and decision-making.
A practice with lots of variation across age groups.
