I was genuinely excited to celebrate my birthday this year. Low key as usual, but eager to bop around Brooklyn and celebrate myself. It’s my last year in my 30s, and I’m officially rounding the corner from “what can I do more of, less of, be better at…” into knowing who I am, what I’m capable of and being SO proud of both.
I’m doing what I can, giving what I can, showing up in ways that actually make sense for me and pouring into what matters. I’m also out here collecting titles like Pokémon. Picked up Homeowner and Landlord at 38 🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾. Somehow SVP and SAHM are both on the 39 bingo card. I’ll keep y’all posted on how that works out 🙃.
Huge thank you to everyone who took the time to tell me happy birthday yesterday. It really was the best day ☺️
