Back when I was deep in the Tony Rice shed! It can be frustrating to look back at old practice videos and see how much hasn’t stuck long term, but it’s all part of the process…. at least that’s what I tell myself 😭

Major riots appear to be sweeping across France’s major cities. And amid the fires, destruction, and chaos, one sight keeps emerging: Palestinian flags and keffiyehs in the crowds.

This week’s focus is your core, and every workout is standing, so you don’t have to get down on the floor if you’re not feeling it. Some days you want to sweat and some days your body just needs to stretch and move, so there’s a mix of both, from 10 to 30 minutes.

I know the weeks where you plan to work out and then the kids need snacks, the laundry piles up, and the day is gone before you decide what to do. Having the week already planned takes that decision away. You just pick the one that matches your energy that day and press play.

If one day gets away from you, that’s okay. Do the next one. Your core doesn’t need a perfect week to get stronger, it needs you to show up for a few minutes at a time.

Comment TRIAL and I’ll send you the link to start your 7-day free trial inside GWJ Home, so you can follow along with all of them 🤍

Scorpios don't just show up to an event, they make an entrance that has people looking twice without even realizing they're staring. They could walk into a room full of people they don't know, say absolutely nothing, and somehow become the person everyone is curious about. It's not even always about what they're wearing, although Scorpio will rarely show up looking like they didn't put any thought into their appearance. It's the energy they carry. They have this way of looking completely unbothered while quietly observing everything happening around them. They're noticing who keeps looking at them, who's acting differently around certain people, who's being fake, and who's trying a little too hard to get attention. Meanwhile, everyone else is still figuring out where to sit. 😂 Scorpio doesn't need to be the loudest person in the room because they understand that being mysterious can be far more interesting than telling everybody everything about themselves. They'll look stunning, keep their conversations selective, give people just enough attention to be polite, and leave before anyone gets the chance to figure them out completely. And if someone catches their eye, they'll make it look so effortless that nobody can tell whether they're flirting or simply being nice. The funniest part is that Scorpio might spend the entire event looking intimidating, only to go home and never think about half the people who were busy thinking about them. Scorpio doesn't chase the spotlight at every function. They just walk in, become the plot, and leave everyone else wondering what just happened. 🖤🪽♏
