ad A little October reset with @bootsuk 🤍

Lately I’ve been reminding myself that feeling good doesn’t always require a complete life overhaul. Sometimes it’s about getting back to basics and finding comfort in the little routines that make us feel like ourselves again.

Our brains love familiarity, and there’s something so reassuring about having a few simple habits we can return to, especially when life feels a little chaotic.

For me, that looks like slowing down in the mornings, making something fresh and nourishing, getting outside for some movement and taking a little extra time for myself.
Nothing groundbreaking, nothing complicated. Just small, realistic ways to feel a little more grounded. Because sometimes a reset isn’t about starting over, it’s about coming back to what already works for you🤍
