SEVEN MALAYSIA NATURALIZED PLAYERS SET TO RETURN AFTER FIFA BANS! 🇲🇾👏 After serving their 12-month FIFA suspensions over the naturalization document controversy, all seven players are eligible to return to club football from November 1, 2026! Despite FAM's appeal, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) upheld FIFA's sanctions. However, returning to the Malaysian national team remains subject to FIFA eligibility rules, including the five-year residency requirement. 🇲🇾 JDT players Irazabal and Figueiredo are expected to travel to South Korea for their AFC Champions League Elite clash against Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, while Hevel and Palmero are also awaiting their club comebacks! THE SEVEN PLAYERS ARE BACK IN ACTION, BUT THEIR NATIONAL TEAM FUTURE REMAINS UNCERTAIN! 👀
Does taking a GLP hurt? If you’ve ever wondered this… You’re not alone! It’s one of the top questions people have! Almost every single week I have to double check that my d0se even went in. I hardly ever feel it in my stomach or my thigh. But this week I wanted to try something different. I’m up on the scale, and I’ve gotten a bit bored of the other locations. Some people find that different locations have different results for them and how they feel the med throughout the week. So I’m trying the back of the arm… Please let me know how the arm treated you if you’ve ever done this location? Did it work or not?! New Yorkers are tired of Kathy Hochul’s higher taxes, failed policies, and unsafe streets. It’s time for change. Get out and VOTE!
I only own 3 pairs of shoes for the entire year. And nope, none of them are sneakers. 🙅‍♀️ Each pair was purchased secondhand, and I intentionally choose genuine leather because, unlike synthetic alternatives like vegan leather, it can be repaired and maintained for the long haul. This is my actual, year-round lineup for everything from hiking to going out for dinner. 👢 Knee-high boots – My daily workhorses for dust and trails. 🤍 White booties – My go-to for a polished look. 🩴 Flip flops – For warm days and quick transitions. Why no sneakers? My lifestyle just doesn't require them, so I don't own them. (Fine print: I do own specialized gear for seasonal mountain sports, including a pair of thrifted golf shoes I’ve used for mountain biking and water activities for 10 years. If it works, it works! 🤷‍♀️) The Takeaway: Notice what you actually reach for. The shoes at the front of your rack are your true essentials—the rest are just collecting dust. This lineup fits my climate and my style. Yours might look completely different, and that’s the beauty of it. ✨ Follow for practical minimalism, intentional style, and real-life capsule wardrobe tips—and to make sure you don't miss my upcoming post unveiling my full capsule wardrobe lineup! 👇 How many pairs of shoes do you actually wear? #CapsuleWardrobe #MinimalistLiving #YearRoundCapsule #MinimalistStyle #OutdoorsyLife
Made a video for Heal Me. It comes out Friday. 🤍
There are so many stories of Maharajji knowing people’s secrets or darkest thoughts and yet at the same time, these people report feeling loved in such a way that they’ve never felt before. Imagine someone knowing the things you’re ashamed or embarrassed of and yet inspite of that, feeling so very held and loved. This is unconditional love. This is the gift Maharajji gave. Even without his body we can tap into that feeling, tap into that river of grace. “When Maharajji looked at you, you felt he knew everything - not to judge you, but to free you.” - KK Sah Jai Shree Neem Karoli Baba Jai Gurudev
