Some new faces here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍
Hi, I’m Samie. I’m a sister, a friend, a wife, and a Pilates instructor. I wear many hats, and I’m still learning how to hold them with grace. Life hasn’t unfolded the way I once imagined, but I’m learning that there’s beauty in rebuilding slowly, intentionally, and with faith.

Movement has been one of the ways I’ve found my way back to myself. Not just to feel strong in my body, but to breathe again, to reconnect, and to remind myself that healing isn’t linear. Some days are light, some days are heavy and both are welcome here.

This page is a reflection of that journey. I share wellness, movement, real life moments, community, and the little joys that make the waiting seasons feel softer. If you’re someone who’s holding it together while quietly healing, I hope this space feels like a deep exhale.
