Trigger warning 🙏🏾
Some new faces here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🤍
Hi, I’m Samie. I’m a sister, a friend, a wife, and a Pilates instructor. I wear many hats, and I’m still learning how to hold them with grace. Life hasn’t unfolded the way I once imagined, but I’m learning that there’s beauty in rebuilding slowly, intentionally, and with faith.

Movement has been one of the ways I’ve found my way back to myself. Not just to feel strong in my body, but to breathe again, to reconnect, and to remind myself that healing isn’t linear. Some days are light, some days are heavy and both are welcome here.

This page is a reflection of that journey. I share wellness, movement, real life moments, community, and the little joys that make the waiting seasons feel softer. If you’re someone who’s holding it together while quietly healing, I hope this space feels like a deep exhale.

You’re welcome here 🤍

Merci Paris, you owe me nothing! 🇫🇷🤎

This was more than just a trip. Being surrounded by such wonderful people, meeting my hubby’s extended family, and experiencing where he comes from made it all the more special. So many beautiful memories to cherish. Until next time, Paris! 🤎 by @_samiexx_

Somewhere, at peace.

We are still in awe of our very first retreat.

Last weekend was everything we hoped it would be and more. From the movement and meaningful conversations to the laughter shared throughout the day, every moment felt special.

To every woman who joined us, thank you for trusting us and sharing this space with us. And to our incredible vendors and partners, thank you for helping bring this vision to life.

Our hearts are full. 🤎

With gratitude,

Selah

A little look into the part of my life I love most 🤎 I love teaching Pilates, but planning experiences, bringing a vision to life and creating spaces for women to connect is what truly lights me up. Come behind the scenes with me as I bring our final rooftop Pilates experience of the summer to life!
