2 more weeks left of this push phase before moving into a short 4 weeks recomp. During this time I’ll get bloods done, and given they’re all good to go, I’ll move into the second and final push before prep starts.

Im happy with how things have gone these past few months, despite having to navigate injuries etc. I’ll finally be getting some answers as to my knees in the next week, which will allow myself to move into the next phase with a plan of attack to get my knees back to (or as close too!) 100%. They’ve been getting better every week which has been epic, but due to the nature of the investigation (more on this to come) , time with the consultant has just been a little more lengthy! But in times like this you simply adapt and do what you can.
