Postpartum can bring emotions you expected — and ones you didn’t.

You might feel love, joy, anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, exhaustion, relief, gratitude, fear, grief, confusion,
and more you don’t have words for yet.

You can feel a combination of these at the same time.
None of them cancel each other out.
None of them mean you’re doing this wrong.

It’s a season of adjustment, healing, and becoming.

Whatever you’re feeling, there is room for it here 🤍

Such a lovely post. It feels so important for our culture to gently acknowledge and speak about the full range of emotions during this time.
