Yesterday I had the day off from school & it meant I got to have a much-needed day just chilling at home with my guitar. I spent hours teaching myself & practicing some new scales, and writing some new solos. I love days like this - just being creative for the sake of making music & feeling happy 🤘 Rock on, friends. #MusicHeals

CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka have been sent to five days of judicial custody and lodged in Tihar Jail after allegedly entering Jantar Mantar, which was recently removed from the list of designated protest sites.

The action against the two leaders follows allegations that they violated peace-bond conditions and trespassed into the area despite restrictions. Jantar Mantar has traditionally been a prominent venue for demonstrations in the national capital, but authorities have changed its designated status and identified alternative locations for protests.

The case comes amid protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. The CJP has been demanding his resignation, while the Election Commission and BJP have denied allegations of wrongdoing in the voter-list revision process.

Police have cited alleged trespassing, violation of prohibitory orders, obstruction of a public servant and breach of peace-bond conditions as grounds for action. The leaders had previously been released after furnishing bonds undertaking to maintain peace. CJP representatives have challenged the police action, arguing that the group was exercising its right to peaceful protest.

The latest custody order has intensified the debate over restrictions on public demonstrations and the right to dissent in the national capital.

Secret passageways, hidden rooms and a city with something to hide.

We had a sneak peek inside Absurd City by @wakethetiger.ldn before it opens on 15 October, and there’s more to this new London immersive experience than its surreal rooms.

You’re entering a parallel world where climate collapse led its leaders to seal an entire city beneath a gigantic dome. Now the city is in trouble again, the authorities insist everything is fine, and the Wunderground resistance needs your help…

Across 80,000 sq ft, five districts and 100+ spaces, you can follow the story, take on side missions or simply explore the interactive art and secret passageways. There’s no set route.
