One of the greatest joys of being a military and sports chaplain is walking with people as they take steps to draw closer to Christ and obey the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
Yesterday in the FREEZING Boise River, my brother @javanb_ publicly declared that his life belongs to Jesus.
Baptism is a visible sign of an invisible work — a public confession of a personal surrender. What Christ has done in the heart is now proclaimed in the open.
Proud of you hermano, Grateful God brought you to Boise to be part of the @boisestatembb family.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17
