• wife + mom of 2 toddlers 👰🏻♀️ 👧🏼👦🏼
• I live in CT 📍
• I have my MA in English 📖
• I’m the oldest of 3 girls- and my sisters are my BFF’s. 👯♀️
• I’ve loved reading since childhood
• I love Peloton- my bike and everything about them. 🏃🏻♀️
• I am awful with plants, but have managed to keep four alive over the past year, so my collection is growing. 🪴
• I love crafts! Paint by numbers, gem art, puzzles, needlepoint. Crafts + an audiobook= my form of meditation! 🎨🪡🎧
• I am a complete mood reader, and always change it up. Romance, historical fiction, fantasy, and thrillers make up my most read.
• I am a Pisces, and will be 37 this March. ♓️
• My favorite sport is basketball, and we have UCONN season tickets 🏀
• I hate the cold/winter, and I am counting down the days to spring! 🌸

Hi Ash! I’m Jo. I lived in CT up until 2008 when I moved to FL mostly because, like you, I hate winter. We share a lot of the same genre tastes, with the exception of fantasy. I enjoy magical realism a lot, but the more traditional world-building fantasy loses me every time. I’m trying to find some to try that aren’t so heavy on the world-building. Any recs? Looking forward to lots of bookish chat!

❤️Hi, lovely to meet you. I have way way way too many plants. I’m starting to dread Thursday ls when it’s watering day lol. I lived in Connecticut when I was an exchange student in New Canaan but that was very many many moons ago.
