⚠️ Trigger warning: ACL recovery photos + injury video ⚠️

Most of you know this… but if you don’t — here’s a big part of my story.

My first practice meet of my senior year of high school, I tore my ACL and my lateral meniscus.
I had already signed to pole vault at Baylor University.

Getting that MRI back was devastating.
Injury: January 13
Surgery: March 6

But I was dead set on one thing — showing up to Baylor in August cleared and ready.
That meant committing fully to physical therapy. No skipped sessions. No half-effort days. Just consistent work, patience, belief, and support from my loved ones and coaches.

And it worked.
I went on to jump at Baylor just like planned when season came around.

The video of me doing lateral hurdle hops?
That was a nightmare for me.
Stepping back onto the runway for the first time, my eyes were flooded with tears from fear and doubt. But I pushed through it — and I’m so glad I did.

This journey taught me that when you put your mind to something and don’t fall away from it, you are capable of more than you think.

If you’re coming back from injury, feeling stuck, or trying to feel strong in your body again — I’m here.
I’ve lived it. I’ve rehabbed it. And I’d love to help you do the same. 🖤💪🏽

If you read this whole thing, thank you, it means the world!!
