Left 2025 with a partially torn LCL in my left knee went into 2026 with a partially torn ACL in my right knee. Was depressed and felt cooked. All I kept hearing was Slow down my son Slow down stop focusing on man made things and focus on me. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9
