ALICIA SOL 𖤓 lymphatic bodywork & sound healing

snippets of the last few months:

moments of ceremony, being in service, & nights out with my close people (eating good food & dancing to music for the soul)

from september until now it has been abundant, fruitful, expansive, planting new seeds, & also moments of contraction, hard lessons, solitude, shedding..

I have been quiet on here for awhile, and it’s not by accident. some seasons are truly meant for you and God only. my prayer every day is: God, use me a vessel. I want to grow, move forward & live a life that honours you.

what im learning is this desire for wholeness is not outside of us.. outside of me.. it’s essentially deepening the relationship I have with myself & everything around me. “how does God want to experience itself through me?”

the mission these days is showing up for myself in ways that feel true.

lately I haven’t had many words. I will leave it with this..

the world seems to be on fire right now & I believe the way we “save” the world is by cleaning up our own “stuff”, our own frequency and energy. let this be our reminder to continue growing towards God and coming home to ourselves.

it all starts with you.
